Shanghai 2

Part 2

After walking around Nanjing Road, Yuyuan Garden Shopping Street we went back on the coach & got taken to a street that had different art galleries with all different art that were open & free.

So expensive!!

If anyone knows what this little area is called please let me know! We didn't get told anything we were just left here to wander around for a bit!

Nanjing Road - Shopping Street

Nanjing Road is the one of the world's busiest shopping streets in the world & is the main one in Shanghai with the likes of Zara, M&M world, H&M, Pizza Hut, Sephora & other high street shops. The buildings are very European I think they said some were designed by French architectures.

Lap ceung - dried Chinese sausages

After this we finally go to see the famous skyline which one thing ticked off my extensive bucket list. We got there just as it was starting to get dark.

Yep it does look as good & amazing as it does in the photos! Definitely one for the bucket list, must see!

After we got taken to our hotel to have dinner. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Room was so nice & the best out of the 4 we stayed in, it got worse as the days went by.

Bathroom was nice

Breakfast was also the best. Sushi! & a really good selection of steamed buns.

Don't know what the hotel was called but I'd happily stay there again & recommend it! Still another 3 posts from my China travels.
