A nice Saturday - actually didn't work for the first time in weeks. No gym clients or on shift so I could actually just do my own thing. I went to the gym and trained this morning then went to grandma's to see Tracy, Amelie and Billy. Think the last time was before I went to Barcelona which is a while ago now!

After I met up with Danielle finally in Edge Lane. It's taken us 4 weeks to meet up as it was a case of I'm free before 1pm but I'm free after 1pm. You see memes of these things and it's so true!
We had a look round the shops then went to Allerton Road for dinner. We wanted to go to Oh My Wok - this new Asian restaurant that does sushi and noodles. It looked dead with just the 1 table with people on. Asked for a table for 2 and they said they were fully booked! They had reservations on the tables for this family. It was weird cos it did look like they had a free table but they just didn't want us so then we ended up in Souvla - a Greek restaurant. I'd been here a few years ago when it was Grilla - which was also a Greek restaurant.

They gave us these mini chocolate cake with whipped cream on top for dessert for free.
Food was super quick and it was nice. The chicken wasn't dry and was seasoned well. Danielle's pork was also nice. Would have preferred the onions to be cooked as I don't like raw onions. The chips were a bit salty but they were also seasoned well. Enjoyed the food and it was reasonably priced and would go again.
A nice chilled Saturday well spent.
