Johnson's Wedding Part 2

Tracy and Chris' Wedding Part 2 at Tai Pan will all the family.
The Chinese wedding with a Chinese banquet.

Suckling Pork

Lobster

Bird's Nest - Nest is made from potato then filled with veg and seafood - scallops, prawn, squid

Chinese Roast Chicken - Not sure why there's prawn crackers on top cos there isn't usually

Special Fried Rice

Fried ho fun with pork

Port in a sweet and sticky sauce

Tofu

Steamed Sea Bass

Choi Sum

Roast Duck

It was a proper feast - there was steamed rice and we also had prawn crackers with chicken and sweet corn soup as a starter. The food was good and everyone enjoyed it. It's been a while.. but Chinese banquets always go down well especially the lobster! The only thing everything is so heavily seasoned you get so thirsty after it all.

We got there for 12:30pm and we didn't leave till 6:15pm they were definitely sick of us and ready for us to leave. There was 6 tables and we had to give back the two big tables as they were booked by someone else. But luckily they didn't kick us out like when we were in Gino's.

I'm so over wearing heels so trainers it was

Dress - Zara
Trainers - New Balance 327 (Footlocker)

Tracy's Dress - H&M

Love that Amelie is in the background asleep..

We still didn't take enough photos and there's no family ones! Tracy it just going to have to milk the wedding even longer and do more of a family thing to make sure there's enough photos to prove it happened!

The young ones went out to the docks again but I had to pass this time as I'm up at 5am for work.
18 days left and I'm in London next weekend for my birthday to see Hamilton at the West End!

Baby Oliver

The Wing's have got a new addition! Yesterday we went to Tai Pan for Baby Oliver's 1 month old meal - well 6 week old. Gary and Kirsty have had their second baby - Oliver! We were suppose to have the meal 2 weeks ago but Kirsty and Lucas weren't well so it got pushed back to yesterday.

Lobster

Chicken feet just me and Gavin had that no-one else would eat but Tracy and Laura's boyfriends did both give it a try but weren't fans!

There was so much food I was stuffed actual food baby!

Lucas is so cheeky at that perfect age where he can talk to you.

Nanny Wing with her gran kids and 2 great grandsons!

He's so cute! Like a baby Lucas!

Went from looking like a full on goth the night before to looking girly for the family meal. Makes a change from the gym gear!

It was a nice meal with the family - if we weren't there we would've been at Nanny Wing's for Easter dinner. Hope you all had a lovely Easter!
