Julie Wing PT


 For those that know me and have been following my blog will know back in 2016 after graduating from uni I went to college and got qualified as a Personal Trainer. 7 years later I've finally taken the leap and gained the confidence to pursue a career as a personal trainer! I will still be doing my boring office day job but will taking on clients in the evenings and weekends based in JD Gyms Belle Vale, Liverpool.

 Fitness has always been something I have been passionate about and done from a young age - from playing football and doing cross country whilst in school.

By going to the gym I have gained a lot more confidence in myself and want to be able to pass that on to other people. Being in the gym can be daunting and scary at first – this is something I want to be able to help you with whether you’re scared or don’t know where to start.

I’ve completed a full marathon and 2 half marathons so can help you plan and train for races whether that be your first 5k or 10k.

I specialise in fitness, endurance, weight loss/toning and overall confidence.
I offer 1-to-1, pairs or group training. 

Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Circuit Training and Spin Instructor
