Nike X Liberty SS15

Merlin Print

Nike & Liberty London have collaborated again for Spring Summer 15. With an archive print from 1972. Merlin original a silk print produced at Liberty's print works in Merton, South West London, & later at Crayford print works, South East London.

It's a bold print that sits on a white background with brightly coloured geometric shapes,  circles & concentric squares. It makes for the perfect SS print with the bright colours, striking pattern & unusual design.

This collaboration also sees the re-launch of the Air Rift after a 7 year hiatus.

Nike Air Rift - £85

Back after a long hiatus, the Air Rift was originally designed in 1996. Inspired by Kenyan barefoot runners, the Air Rift took its name from the Great Rift Valley and features a stretch mesh, sock-like upper and hidden Air Sole unit in the heel.

Nike Air Max Thea - £90

A contemporary addition to the Air Max family, the Air Max Thea is hybrid mix of Air Max 1 and the minimalist Roshe Run. Featuring a printed mesh upper for ultimate breathability and simplistic Hyperfuse panels, sat atop an EVA midsole with visible AirSole unit.

Inspired by iconic court footwear, the Tennis Classic was first released in 1982 and remains an iconic Nike style. This version features a printed nylon upper and a slimline cupsole.

Nike Cortez - £72

The style that was made infamous in Forrest Gump, the Cortez was first released in 1972, making it the most vintage model in the pack. This streamline silhouette features a nylon printed upper and slim EVA sole.

Nike Air Max 90 Ultra - £110

The modern iteration of the Air Max 90, the Ultra features a slimmer silhouette with a nylon and Hyperfuse upper and lightweight,

flexible sole.

White Merlin Windrunner Jacket - £95

I'm actually going to invest in a pair of these I know I say this all the time but I'm going to treat myself. I'm going to get the Thea's as they're cheaper but I do love the Air Max too!

The Air Max & Cortez were only released on Saturday 2nd May there was a delay for some reason. All are now available to buy on the Liberty London website I've linked them all. They're also available to buy in store in London.
