Cosy Club

Went to the Cosy Club with Jo and Sarah this afternoon. We went to the gym this morning trained shoulders then into town.

We had a look around the shops then went to the Cosy Club for some food. The food came really quick after we ordered it. Probably the quickest I've ever been served food!

Jo got the gluten free Super Food Bowl - avocado and hummus with black quinoa, coconut & coriander rice, edamame beans, watercress pesto, lemony kale, heirloom tomatoes, soy & ginger cucumber, pickled red cabbage, coriander, pomegranate and toasted seeds, served with warm pitta bread.
She got a side of sweet potato fries.

I got the Pan-fried Seabass - with sugar snap peas, baby corn, red pepper, pak choi, toasted cashes and a soy, honey and ginger dressing.

It was really nice but I thought the veg was a bit oily.

Sarah got 3 tapas - Crispy Sesame Chicken - with a soy & ginger dipping sauce and a coriander, chilli & lime salad.
Mediterranean Plate - hummus with pomegranate, carrot tapenade, picked red cabbage, tzatziki and heirloom tomatoes, served with warm pitta bread.
Super Grain Salad - black quinoa, coconut & coriander rice, edamame beans with turmeric, cauliflower, rice, rocket, watercress pesto, pomegranate and coriander.

It was really nice in there with cool interior.

I bought a load of stuff from Zara online but took it all back as per usual. Ended up buying a dress and playsuit that caught my eye just as we were leaving - both green of course!

This dress is cool your can wear it 2 ways with the buttons on the front or at the back. I prefer the buttons at the back but actually struggle trying to button it so might have to wear them at the front just to make life easier.

Not bought any new clothes in a while shops have been rubbish only been buying gym clothes which is what I wear every day anyway.

Marathon update... Ran 7 miles yesterday. We were aiming for 8 miles but Jo needed the toilet so we had to run back! It was a quicker run than we did last week - we did the same route ran from ours then round Calderstone's park.
Hopefully do 8 miles next weekend slowly building up the miles every week.

Couldn't get a good photo as the sun was shining in our eyes! So here's one we took with a filter after it.
