Liverpool

Went for lunch at the docks with my mum & dad today at Pan Am. We went & had a look around the shops in town but didn't manage to get anything & town was so busy with people Christmas shopping. This is why I rather online shop!

Barbecue sharing plate

Fish & chips with mushy peas

Turkey roast

Steak & eggs
But there's only 1 egg?

Blueberry cheesecake with coconut ice cream

Not our usual choice for food but it was something different & it's nice to have food at the docks even though the restaurant was full so we had to eat downstairs at the bar so we didn't really get any service. Didn't get as good of a selection of food either.

They were super busy with the santa dash race & Disney on ice happening across in the arena.

The food isn't great for the price, not much flavour & we know why we don't usually go for this if we eat out. I would go out for roast with friends but it wouldn't be something I would with my mum. She definitely prefers Asian & can't live without rice!

We walked down to the ice festival which is down at the Pier Head this year. It's usually up in Chavasse Park in Liverpool one. They've made it bigger this year with more rides instead of just the ice rink.

The view voted as the UK's most stunning view from the Museum of Liverpool window

Liverpool looks just as good at night as it does in the day maybe even better with all the lights. I mean it is the best city & won an award for the most stunning window view.

The Christmas market this year has been moved from town to St George's plateau which I need to take a trip to. Hopefully going to Manchester's one this weekend, which I say with gritted teeth is meant to be one of the best.. Come of Liverpool you need to step it up!
